Project summary
This Smart Home Automation Essendon build is expected to take two years to complete from start to finish. The home consist of an outdoor tennis court, theatre room, outdoor barbeque area, a self-contained outdoor cabana, city view outdoor pool, lift access, and many more features. A musical masterpiece of electronics will be included and provided by Smart Tech Homes.
The challenges
A large amount of concrete will be needed for the build. The challenge will be to provide cabling within the slab to many home sections.
The solution
Like an artery of vessels in the body, STH will provide lifelines of cables to control all portions of the home. Many conduits are installed before the concrete pour to feed the control cable from point A to B.
